How to use the Cloud
Dashboard
On your Cinemataztic dashboard, you can, with the help of a few widgets, get an overview of the status of your machines and how your campaigns perform
Screen Status: A list of all your machines, if a red circle appears next to the individual machine, it means that no coil has been run on this machine in the last 24 hours. This may be due to:
- Lack of internet connection
- The machine is switched off
- The machine does not receive signal from TMS
Total Use: See how many attendees have been across all campaigns in any given period
Active Quizzes: See which Trailer Quizzes are live in your app
App Version: See which apps are live in the App Store and Google play. This can be useful knowledge in support issues
News from Cinemataztic: If changes or additions are made to the Cloud, it will be described here
Game Center Statistics: See how many people participate in your CineGame + games (In App games)
Player Status:
Desktop App: Download Cinemataztic’s desk top app, it must be used if you want to run a game from an unauthorized computer.
Statistics
Statistics you can see in real time:
- See how the individual cinema halls perform.
- See how the individual on screen games perform.
- See how the individual CineGame + games perform.
Screen Performance: In Screen Performance you can now see both how the individual halls and all halls have performed. If you place the mouse over a cinema hall, the numbers for that hall will appear. You can also choose to press the download icon and thereby download a CSV file containing data about the selected period
Game Performance: After you have selected the game and period, you can see how a single game has preformed day by day while you can get an overall overview of the entire period. You can also choose to download a file with the selected data
Game Center Performance: After you have selected the game and period, you can see how a single game has performed day by day while you can get an overall overview of the entire period. You can also choose to download a file with the selected data
Explanation:
- Views: How many games have been started
- Games: How many games have been started with a minimum of 1 participant
- Players: How many unique participants have there been
Cinemas
A complete list of your cinemas. You can also access the individual cinema and hall settings from here
Players
A complete list of your machines. You can also access the settings of the individual machine from here
Playlist
It is the playlists that determine what is played in the individual cinema. Most markets have a “LIVE” playlist and it is the one that is constantly updated with new games. In markets where there are several different cinema chains, each chain will typically have its own playlist
Games
A complete list of games developed for each market. Only games marked with a green tick are ready for settlement. Games that do not have a green check mark may be affected by updates or other issues that prevent them from working
Logs
Should something go wrong, it is important to have an easy and fast access to log files. Here we save all log files
Support
If a user experiences problems with their app, their prizes or other parts of Cinemataztic’s platform, they can get in touch with the app’s administrator via a support form. Inquiries will appear here, you can then assign the support tasks to the person in your team who can solve the problem or send it on to a support responsible at Cinemataztic
Message center
In the message center you can send messages to your users, both to everyone, to a specific target group or to individual users.
- Press new message (Icon with pencil)
- Select recipient (s). If a message is to be sent to a single user, you must know the support ID from the App, this must be stated when the user contacts one via support form
- Write message
- Opt. link to place in app
- Select expiration date when message disappears from app
- Press send
Profanity
Using our profanity filter, we make sure that no swear words etc. are shown on the big screen. There are two swear word lists: one global and one local. It is the provider of the app who is responsible for updating the local list of words that may not be used. The global list is updated by Cinemataztic, but we encourage everyone to add words to the global list if it is swear words that can be used across countries and languages. This ensures that all markets help each other prevent the use of swear words
To add a word:
- Select Global or Local
- Write words in the input field
- Is the word not already in the list? Press +
Remember to be creative, for example:
If you are adding the word: Boobs you may also need to add the word: Booobs
Prizes
On the prize page you can see which prizes are live, ie which prizes can be won at the moment. How many have been distributed, how many have been redeemed etc. You can also see how many codes a possible prize has left
Trailer Quiz
View and create Trailer Quiz. If there is a small green light on a Trailer Quiz, it means that this quiz is live. How to create a new Trailer Quiz:
- Press: New Trailer Quiz (Small + symbol)
- Select collection
- Select the priority (No. 1 appears first in the app, No. 2 as number 2, etc.)
- Campaign ID (Ex: MovieName_Juli_2022)
- Title (Ex: MovieName) Appears in the app
- Subtitle (Ex: Guess and Wind)
- Details (Ex: Watch trailer for the fantastic Movie_Name and win cool prizes)
- Poster. Upload movie poster
- Background Poster: Upload movie poster
- Video. Upload trailer
- Share Url (Ex: www.buytickets.com)
- Question. Create 3 questions, all with 3 answer options and enter the correct answer
- Select prize type. You can hand out gold coins or various prizes for 1, 2 or 3 correct answers, respectively.
- Press save

Users
A complete overview of the individual users. Here you can look up a single user and see which games they have played, prizes they have won and redeemed and other info that the user has chosen to share with CineGame

Used only by Cinemataztic to monitor machines and versions of player software

Used in the markets showing: CineCard Here you can create discount codes that can be used when a user creates a CineCard
