Messages

It is important to be able to communicate with one’s users. The CineGame app has two ways to get notifications to your users. A call to action on the front page of the CineGame app and a message center.

Push

You can use Cinemataztic´s message system to send messages to all your users, you can also contact individual users or target your messages to a participant in a specific game.

How to send a Push:

  • Go to your Cinemataztic Cloud
  • Tap messages
  • Select recipient, target group or send to all
  • Write message and press send

When sending to a single user, you must know the user’s support ID or the Email the user has added to their CineGame App

Additional options:

  • Select expiration date for message
  • Link to a prize or a Cinegame product

For operational safety reasons, push messages are sent out in increments, which means that it can take up to 15 minutes before all users have received the push message.

Call to Action

You can easily add a call to action button on the front of a CineGame app. The button can contain text and links to a place in the CineGame app. This is an effective way to draw attention to new features, new items in the CoinShop and new CineFun games.

How to add a call to action:

  • Go to your Cinemataztic Cloud
  • Go to settings / market settings
  • Select Applications
  • Hit the +
